About the Club
Kenley Hockey Club is based at Kenley Sports Club at our well-equipped clubhouse; our astroturf pitch is just up the hill at Warlingham School. The Sports Club also includes Kenley Cricket Club and Knaves Bridge Club.
Kenley Hockey Club is for all ages and all abilities. If you want to play good competitive hockey or have a social run out on a Saturday or Sunday, then Kenley could be for you!
We run 3 Mens sides across 3 divisions of the South League and Surrey Open Hockey League and a Veterans XI which plays on both grass and astroturf and offers the social benefits of afternoon games both at home and in the Surrey/Kent area. Kenley also holds 3 Ladies sides across 3 divisions in the Surrey Ladies Hockey League and the number of ladies is growing and growing. A mixed side ("The Originals") play on Sundays throughout the season and our colts sides have training or matches every sunday throughout the season for both boys and girls.
If you wish to know more about Kenley's sides, take a look through the team pages by using the "Teams" menu at the top of the page.
Training is available for all on Thursday evenings at Warlingham School between 7.30pm and 9.30pm. The Colts training session is on a Sunday morning, also at Warlingham School. To find our more about training visit the Training Page.
Socially is where some may say the club is at its best! We hold many social functions throughout the season, the features being the annual club dinner and the AGM held at the end of the season. On top of this there are quiz nights, bear pong, games nights, and hockey tournaments, in addition to other "lets have a drink at the club" nights.
